Display/Touchscreen Troubleshooting 

Contrast/Focus/Blank/Solid Color/Spots or Lines

No Response/Invalid Response/Frozen Screen

1.    Adjust contrast of LCD if issue is for Contrast/Focus/Blank/Solid Color/Spots or Lines

2.    Verify power to terminal

             a.  Unplug terminal power cord from outlet and plug a small appliance into outlet (i.e. radio, adding machine, etc.)

3.    Firmly seat power cord into the rear of terminal as well as outlet

4.    Ensure power switch is in "ON" position. (O pressed in is Off)

5.    Power reset terminal from the power switch or outlet. 

6.   Clean touch screen with non ammonia based glass cleaner or alcohol and a clean soft cloth.
