Gemini Communication
- Check the Communication status on the Device Status report. This report may be accessed via the Main Menu, Special Functions/, Device Status.
- If Communication is “Online”, reset the terminal.
- If Communication is “Offline”, check the online terminal for a Communication issue.
If online terminal does NOT have Communication error message, secure the LVM connection to the communication device.
- LVM will plug into a Netgear Ethernet Hub.
Reset the terminal.
