Printer Troubleshooting

1. Open the Main Access Door.

2. Gently pull up on the white latch on the top of the Reader.

3. Remove any jams or debris.

4. Wipe the reader lens and rollers with a soft, clean cloth dampened with 91% isopropyl alcohol or water.

5. Lower the Reader door until it clicks into place

6. Close and lock the Access Door.
