Printer Troubleshooting

Jammed - Won't Feed Tickets - Cutter Issue

NOTE: The paper used in the Gemini is thermal paper. Only thermal paper can be loaded into the Gemini.

1. Open the printer by pushing down on the silver button on the front of the printer.
2. Remove the old paper roll.
3. Insert new paper roll.

• NOTE: Paper feeds from the bottom of the paper roll when it is inserted in the printer.

4. Center the paper and pull the end past the top of the printer door.
5. While still grasping the paper, close the printer door.
6. The paper will advance and cut automatically.

Intermittent Printer Problems

1. Ensure terminal is plugged in securely to the outlet.

2. Reset the terminal. (on/off switch)

3. Test printer multiple times (print a report or printer test)
