Eligible instant tickets may be validated (cashed out) by any NJ Lottery Retailer.
Retailers must ensure that they have enough cash on-hand to pay out any validated ticket – up to $599.50.
If a retailer validates too many non-winning tickets in a single day, they will lose the ability to validate until they are reset (see “Threshold Exceeded”, below).
Prizes up to $599.50 at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and winner will be paid cash at the time of the claim.
Prizes over $599.50 can be claimed at New Jersey Lottery Retailers (if retailer can pay out) or at NJ Lottery Headquarters. (winners must fill out a claim form for prizes over $599.50)
