Terminal Settings

Touch Terminal Settings

• Volume Control - Touch PLUS (+) or MINUS (-) to change the terminal volume.
• Brightness Control - Touch PLUS (+) or MINUS (-) to change the terminal screen brightness. 
• Language Toggle - Use to toggle the terminal language between English and Spanish.
• Order POS Supplies - Use to order POS supplies, such as Claim Form Mailers, Instant Pack Tape Strips and ITVM Printer Paper.

Lock

The lock button puts the terminal into a paused mode.

• Touch LOCK on the Home Screen.
• Enter the 4-digit Password to unlock the terminal.

NOTE: If the wrong password is entered incorrectly three (3) times, you will be required to Sign On to the terminal again.

Services

Touch Services

Select the desired option. If the terminal is not signed on, the Services menu only offers the following options: Mail, Printer Test, & Version Info.

• Mail - Use to obtain mail messages sent by Lottery.
• News- Use to retrieve News messages sent by the Lottery.
• Video Help - Use to view short video clips or help information on Retailer Pro, Print Pro and Barcode Scanner.
• FST Sign On - Used by the FST to access service functions.
• Transaction History - Use to view or print the last 500 terminal transactions.
• Printer Test - Allows the retailer to test the printer.
• CIS Reader Test - Use to test the CIS Reader with a playslip.
• IP Test - use to test the Terminal IP connection on the network.
• Barcode Reader Test - Allows the retailer to test the Barcode Reader.
• Comm Log - Displays a log of Communications information.
• Version Info - Displays Version information of the terminal software/firmware.
• Temperature Monitor - Displays current temperature of the terminal.
• Page External Barcode Scanner - Use to locate the handheld External Barcode Scanner Reader
