Reader Troubleshooting

1. Verify playslip is filled out correctly and correctly inserted into the reader.

• Advise customer to fill out another playslip, if needed.

2. Open Main Door using the key labeled MD and sign onto the Game Touch Draw (GTD) to silence the alarm. 

3. Pull reader out using silver ledge

• Gently press together the black latch located at the top center of the reader, lifting the reader door. 
• Clean lens.
• Use isopropyl alcoholor non-ammonia based glass cleaner.
• Never use a dry cloth or spray cleaner directly onto the reader.
• Wipe rollers.

4. Close reader door, reader drawer and then close and lock the Main Door.
