Jammed - Won’t Feed Tickets - Cutter Issue - Low or no paper

1. Open the printer by pushing down on the silver button on the front of the printer.
2. Remove the old paper roll.
3. Insert new paper roll.

• NOTE: Paper feeds from the bot­tom of the paper roll when it is inserted into the printer.

4. Center the paper and pull the end past the top of the printer door
5. While still grasping the paper, close the printer door.
6. The paper will advance and cut automatically.

• NOTE: The paper stock in the Gemini Touch can be substituted with the paper stock used by the terminal printer. 

Intermittent Printer Problems

1. Ensure terminal is plugged in securely to the outlet.
2. Reset the terminal. (soft reset only)
3. Test printer multiple times (print a report or printer test)

Incorrect Print- Bad Print Quality
