Communications Troubleshooting - Directway/Hughes

Secure the Flex power cord connection to the outlet.

Secure all communication connections to the DirecWay / Hughes Tower and the terminal.
If securing power cord does not work, unplug the Hughes/Directway from the outlet.

Unplug the GT1250 power cord from the outlet.

Plug the DirecwayWay / Hughes back in first.

Plug in the GT1250 power cord.
Let the GT1250 Terminal reset. This should take 2-3 minutes.
