GT1250 Settings
Audio
- Touch Terminal Settings
- Touch Volume Control
- Adjust the colume level by pressing the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons.
- Terminal will beep louder and softer when retailer touches audio control buttons. Note that the volume cannot be turned off completely.
- Adjusting the volume will not affect the ticket validation sound. This sound is controlled internally and cannot be modified by retailers.
Hinges
Without ratcheting
Move screen up and down to desired position
With ratcheting
1. Pull the release handle (on back of LCD) down and hold
2. Lift screen slightly
3. Lower screen all the way down
4. Release handle
5. Pull screen up to desired position.
Terminal Beeping
If retailer states terminal is beeping and has “Take a status report” message on screen. This indicates there is a problem with their ITVM.
- To clear the issue the retailer needs to take a status report on the GT1250 to determine what is wrong with the ITVM. (empty bin, bin jammed, etc.)
- Proceed to troubleshoot the ITVM and that should clear the message and stop the beeping on the GT1250.
