• Lottery terminal must be plugged into a dedicated outlet

• Locations with multiple online terminals have an ethernet hub as part of their communication setup

1. Secure ethernet communication connections to the IDU tower and the terminal. 

2. If securing the power cord does not work, unplug the IDU power cord from the outlet or power pack for about 30 seconds then, plug the IDU back in and wait for the IDU to load (may take up to 2 minutes). The terminal should begin to reboot.

If the terminal Does Not Reset:

1. Unplug the Retailer Pro power cord from the outlet (the on/off switch can be used, if necessary).

2. Plug in the Retailer Pro power cord.

3. Let the Retailer Pro terminal reset. This should only take between 2 and 3 minutes.
