Quadburster Troubleshooting

Noisy/Runs Constantly

1.     Note what kind of noise (grinding, squeaking, etc.).

2.     Unload tickets and use a can of compressed air to blow any dust or debris from Quadburster

3.     Reload tickets.

4.     Power reset EDSQ using the switch located below bill acceptor.

 

Jammed


1.     Identify which bin is jammed (dashes will appear in Ticket Price Window)

2.     Unload and Reload Bin ( Do not clear Inventory).

3.     If unable to unload using (-), tear pack of tickets from the one jammed in the burster and use (+)


Wont Feed Tickets/Cutter Malfunction

1.     Unload and Reload Pack.

2.     Power reset EDSQ using the switch located below bill acceptor.

 

Wrong Number of Tickets Being Fed

1.     Unload bin, clear previous Inventory.

2.     Power reset EDSQ using the switch located below bill acceptor.

3.     Reload tickets.

 

Tickets Falling Back Into Bin

  1. If tickets are unloading themselves after each sale, Reset the EDS using the Power Switch located below the Bill Acceptor Access Panel and Reload the tickets.
  2. Loose perforations may be taped at each fold in pack with ITVM tape.
  3. Sell faulty pack over the counter.

Will Not Load

1.     Unload and reload pack.

2.     Reset EDSQ using the Power Switch located below the Bill Acceptor Access Panel.
