Communications Troubleshooting - Hughes
- Secure the Retailer Pro power cord connection to the outlet.
- Secure all communication connections to the Hughes Tower and the terminal.
If securing power cord does not work, unplug the Hughes from the outlet.
- Unplug the Retailer Pro power cord from the outlet.
- Plug the Hughes back in first.
- Plug in the Retailer Pro power cord.
- Let the Retailer Pro Terminal reset. This should take 2-3 minutes.
