Communications Troubleshooting - Hughes

  1. Secure the Retailer Pro power cord connection to the outlet.
  2. Secure all communication connections to the Hughes Tower and the terminal.

If securing power cord does not workunplug the Hughes from the outlet.

  1. Unplug the Retailer Pro power cord from the outlet.
  2. Plug the Hughes back in first.
  3. Plug in the Retailer Pro power cord.
  4. Let the Retailer Pro Terminal reset. This should take 2-3 minutes.
