Manual Entry Method
Tickets may be unreadable due to excessive light, or if the ticket is worn or damaged; in these cases, a ticket must be validated manually.

Check ID.

Touch Scratch Functions.

Touch Validate Ticket.

Scan barcode or enter in the numbers on the back and front of ticket manually. Enter the back of ticket numbers first then, enter the front ticket numbers second.
Note: For 3-digit only games 206 - $80 Million Cash Spec & 214 - $100 Mil Cash Extrava, enter a 0 (zero) before entering the numbers on the back of the ticket. For example, in the $80 Mill Cash Spec, enter 02060000010000, then enter 01234567891 (see below).
Restrictions
Terminals at retailer locations may only cash tickets valued at $599 or below. A claim receipt is printed for winners above this amount and the ticket must be cashed at a Hoosier Lottery Regional Office or Prize Payment Center.
Retailer Unable to Validate
If a retailer is unable to validate tickets for any reason:
