Pack Settlement
Pack settlement occurs under one of the following scenarios, whichever comes first.

45-days from activation

When 90% of low-tier prizes are validated, which means the tickets have been sold and cash is already in the drawer
-
Manual settlement by retailer through terminal or “force settlement” of packs by Hoosier lottery through the system.
