No Read / Error Message

  1. Ensure that ticket being scanned has not expired and is legitimate.

  2. Check condition of ticket bar code to ensure it is not damaged or misprinted.

  3. Clean lens of bar code scanner with a soft dry cloth. 

  1. Power reset terminal by toggling the ON/OFF switch located on the back.

  2. Test the barcode scanner again.
