The Born By Date is conveniently located at the top of the terminal, showing the date that someone has to have been born to be at least 18 years older.

Problem Gambling Helpline Button

The Problem Gambling Helpline button on your terminal is a tool exclusively for retailers. It is designed to allow you to give the Problem Gambling Helpline number to players discreetly.

The button is on the main screen of your terminal, at the top of the screen, carefully positioned away from commonly used sales buttons to prevent it from being accidentally pressed. The button is labeled “Problem Gambling Helpline”

When pressed, a slip will print out that reads the following: 

“If you or someone you know would like more

information about problem gambling, help is

available 24 hours a day. Call 1-800-994-8448.”

Press the “Problem Gambling Helpline” button on the terminal to print the slip, and then discreetly provide the printed slip in the player’s bag or with their Lottery purchases.
