1. Identify the jammed bin - dashes appear in the ticket price window.

2. Unload and reload bin - do not clear inventory.

3. If unable to unload using (-), tear pack of tickets from the one jammed in the burster and use (+).

Will Not Load

1. Unload and reload pack.

2. Verify ticket pack properties such as Game #, Length, Value, and Pack Size.

3. Reset Gemini using the power switch located below the bill acceptor.

Wrong Number of Tickets Being Fed

1. Verify correct unit length of loaded pack.

2. If length is correct, unload bin.

3. Clear previous inventory.

4. Reset Gemini using the power switch located below the bill acceptor.

5. Reload the tickets. Make sure the displayed parameters match the tickets.
