Printer Problems

1. Open the main door and locate the printer in the lower storage area. 

2. Slide the printer shelf forward. 

3. Open printer and remove paper roll.

4. Remove any dirt/debris that might be in the paper path.

5. Reinstall paper roll into the printer.

6. Verify printer door is closed tightly. Open and close again, if necessary.

7. Test printer multiple times by printing a report or printer test. 

8. Slide the printer shelf back into place.
