Scanner Problems

  1. Verify what ticket checker display screen is showing.

  2. Secure data connection from ticket checker to rear of terminal.

  3. Check ticket checker for jammed tickets which, can cause error messages or make ticket checker unable to scan tickets.

  4. Power reset ticket checker by locating ticket checker power cord and unplugging it from wall - wait 10 seconds then plug back in.

  5. If ticket checker is still not working - reset terminal by one of the following methods:

    • Power reset by toggling the ON/OFF switch.

    • Unplug the terminal from wall for 10 seconds and plug back in

  6. Test ticket checker by scanning ticket.
